This research project is focused on how to make nutrition communication more effective, promoting better choices for people's health and well-being.

Choosing an appropriate message framing is very important if we want to effectively motivate people to change established, but unhealthy, habits regarding nutrition. Through the experimental manipulation of different forms of message framing (regarding the content, the valence, and the style of the message) we investigate which factors can influence the effectiveness of food communication and how we can develop optimal communication strategies.
