Frood Comunicazione alimentare

This research project focuses on how to make food communication more effective, to promote choices in harmony with health, well-being and the environment.

Choosing an appropriate message framing is very important if we want to effectively motivate people to change established, but unhealthy, habits regarding nutrition. Through the experimental manipulation of different forms of message framing (regarding the content, the valence, and the style of the message) we investigate which factors can influence the effectiveness of food communication and how we can develop optimal communication strategies.
