Frood Comunicazione alimentare

During the COVID-19 crisis, eCommerce Food has become the preferred tool to respond to the emergency. In this research project the attitudes, expectations, emotions, beliefs and behaviors of consumers towards online food purchases are explored. It also investigates whether and how communication can influence online food spending, in the direction of sustainable consumption behaviors, and in particular towards an increase in consumption consistent with the Mediterranean diet.

The project is integrated into a larger project, funded by the Catholic University under line D.3.2 Projects of interest to the University - Year 2020, entitled: Behavioral Change: perspectives for the stabilization of virtuous behavior towards sustainability.
