This research area focuses on the profiling of organizational behaviors acted by people in the company, the identification of causal structures and clustering through artificial intelligence techniques, and their use for the purposes of planning coaching interventions.
The project is funded by Adecco Formazione and involves collaboration between engineers, coaching psychologists, artificial intelligence and data science experts.
